3. 🆔 Identity & Credential Checks
   We carry out rigorous ID verification and check all relevant qualifications, training, and right-to-work documentation.
4. 🛡️ Enhanced DBS Checks
   For safeguarding purposes, we require all successful candidates to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check in line with UK care      sector regulations.
5. 📞 Reference Checks
   We request both professional/employment and personal character references to confirm experience, reliability, and suitability for the      role.
6. 📬 Offer & Onboarding
   Upon successful completion of all checks, we extend a formal offer of employment and begin the onboarding process to help you settle confidently into your new role.
