🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
Good literacy and numeracy
Basic experience in care provision

Desirable:

Previous work in health or social care
Understanding of care requirements across different age groups

Essential:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to follow procedures and work independently when needed
Good judgment and decision-making skills

Desirable:

Personal or professional care experience
Ability to write clear and factual reports
Calm under pressure and adaptable
Contributes to team improvement and service development
