Operational & Digital Systems

  • Dispense and record medication in accordance with policy and training.
  • Communicate changes in care needs, incidents, or risks promptly to management.
  • Greet visitors and provide tours for prospective clients and families.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Recognise and respond to the need for alternative communication methods.

On-Call & Emergency Response

  • Participate in an agreed on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support.

🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior or supervisory care role.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Understanding of care needs across different age groups.
  • Supervisory or management qualification.


Desirable:

  • Previous leadership experience in health or social care.
